About the Machine
The self-flanged duct machine processes sheet 1200 mm and 1300 mm wide.
Two flange types are produced on the line: (20-30) and (25-35). When the flange size is changed, the machine switches automatically from one flange size to the other in 10 seconds.
The line produces TDF and TDC self-flanged rectangular ducts. Production runs automatically under PLC control, and each station can also be controlled individually from the control panel, so standard flanged rectangular ducts can be produced as well.
Because this machine does the work of separate rectangular duct, clamping and flange machines on its own, our aim is to save time and labour, make the production line as fast as possible and minimise operator errors.
